Why can't I buy a 2015 diecast Disney bus anywhere?

We have 2011 & 2013 diecast Disney toy buses with characters and the year from our previous trips. On our quick trip last week, I could not find a 2015 one in Disney Springs or at several resort gift shops that I checked. What is the problem? I would think this would be a very popular item. Are they sold out with this much of the year left?

Why is this not available in the obvious spots?
