Why can't I button my shorts??? Twelve days of Disney dining and Food and Wine

On the night of the party, since Todd was resting in the room he didn't come to BOG dinner. For some crazy reason, the Pop bus took forever to get the boys to the party! He and our friend waited 45 minutes for a bus. This only happened one other time though - normally the busses were great.

Anyway when they arrived my girlfriend and I and the kids were in line to see the 7 Dwarfs. Because they were right there they decided to just hit up the Pinnochio Village Haus. I don't have a picture of it, but Todd got a meatball sub, fries, and some chocolate cake. I just asked him and he said it was good!

Adding this just b/c I love it. We were in line to see the 7 Dwarfs - Owen and his love!

Meeting his hero (right before the costume had to come off)

Right before TODD got overheated and changed out of HIS costume (I did try to warn him Florida is hot).

I am 100% certain I have a picture of the Pumpkin Spice waffle from Sleep Hollow and I can't find it, but I'll add it later! And here it IS!!! Even though the party wasn't going according to plan really I wanted to try this, and I did! I even paid cash as it wasn't a snack credit. The plan was to share with Todd, but he was VERY much under the weather at the moment, so what's a girl to do??? I ate it myself. I skipped the ice cream but the waffle was FANTASTIC.

Thanks for posting about the pizza deal at Pop, that might be good for the three of us when we go next month for late night dinners.

Owen is adorable!! Love that happy face at BOG!!! I love the caramel corn at karamel kuche!!! That is addicting and very difficult to stop eating!!

Looking forward to more.

Oh my gosh the picture with the beast is super adorable :)

Thank you! I was surprised Owen wasn't afraid - the Beast is huge!

Thanks for posting about the pizza deal at Pop, that might be good for the three of us when we go next month for late night dinners.

Yeah I was impressed! And also - if you JUST wanted pizza and didn't want to use QS credits, that pizza would have only been $14.00. So if were hadn't had an insane amount of credits to use - we could have saved those 2 QS and spent $14.00 on 3 people!

Thank you so much! He's such a fun kid. And oh my gosh on the caramel corn. I still don't know what kind of candy crack they put in that, but I'm STILL thinking about it!

The next day I decided it would be best if I let the boys sleep in. I got up and did the running thing, and then came back and was able to get ready at a normal pace. When the boys got up they were hungry. Today was our Epcot day, and we had a lunch at Via Napoli.

We decided that since we had a lot of credits to burn we would get some breakfast from Art of Animation. The breakfast itself isn't any different than Pop (what we got), but it was a LOT less chaotic.

Todd's breakfast. He ordered the Mini Waffles (so cute) and I think bacon, which nobody ate and I have no idea where it is in this picture.

Owen and I shared this - I'm pretty sure I had 2 of the waffles and the fruit and he ate the other waffle and the sausage. He loves his sausage!

THERE'S the bacon! Nobody ate that. I'm sure for drinks Owen and I had water and Todd diet soda. We always got bottled water as our drinks at QS so that we could take it into the park.

How cute is this waffle??? And really quite good.

This brings us to another highly anticipated (by me) meal choice. Via Napoli! We had originally planned on a dinner, but decided to keep today an early day and decided the night before on a lunch instead. I was shocked several times during my trip how easy it is to get last minute reservations. Both my 1900 Park Fare reservations were last minute and at good times! Anyway, I digress....

So we arrived at Epcot around 9:30 or 10:00 in the morning (yes that was sleeping in to us). We walked around a bunch and it was a beautiful day! We of course rode spaceship Earth at Owen's request and played in the "firetruck area" in Innoventions.

Then it was soon time to work our way to the World Showcase and Italy!! Or "the motherland" as Todd calls it. (And no we are in no way Italian - he just really loves the food).

And we saw this! So ready for the yummies!

We got in and the service here for us was amazing. They asked us if we were celebrating anything. I told them we had been celebrating Owen's birthday but it was weeks ago. He hadn't worn his button since the first day and it wasn't on our reservations. But they didn't let THAT stop them! But that's a bit later.

So we are seated and place our orders. Now Via Napoli is one of the places that if you are on the dining plan you are not allowed to share. Originally the plan was to pay out of pocket and all of us share, but we had realized by this time we were going to really have a lot of leftover meals, so we all ordered our own. This was good because I could order what I wanted but also bad because so much food got wasted. But not the dessert, so it's all good.

First came the bread. I don't think I tried this - it looks like average bread.

Owen again ordered the fruit for his appetizer. I know I ate the strawberries off of this, and Owen ate the grapes. Neither of us ate the blueberries, b/c we don't like them. I know - what??? Strange.

Then I asked him if he wanted pizza or spaghetti and meatballs and he chose the spaghetti and meatballs. For Owen this almost always means - he'll eat the meatballs and a bite of spaghetti and leave the rest. Todd ate some of this and he said it was al dente and really good! He still preferred Tutto Italia pasta, but this was also cold by the time he tried it.

Todd is adventurous and instead of regular cheese pizza he went with the Margherita pizza. Wild man that one... He ate every bit of this so I think he liked it.

I was just excited that I was going to get to try a pizza WITH toppings since I didn't have to share! I chose this beauty. Capriciossa - Signature Pie - eggplant, artichokes, prosciutto, mushrooms . Amazing. I even took half of it back with me to the resort hoping/thinking I'd eat it, but sadly that didn't happen. It was really delicious though - highly recommend it.

Our waitress came back and asked us if we wanted dessert. Why yes we sure do! We had placed our order and then THIS happened!!

My kid does not hate attention apparently! It was a little surprising because sometimes at home he can act shy (he's not), but he loved the birthday attention here. They sang to him and it was so much fun. He didn't eat that lovely cookie, but Todd and I tasted it and it was good! The waitress on the far left was ours. She was adorable and incredibly fun and friendly!

Before we knew that was happening we had ordered a cookie sundae. Owen ate the whipped cream and nothing else. Probably b/c it had *gasp* strawberry sauce touching it.

Todd ordered a drink he had been eyeing up (non alcoholic). It MIGHT have been this?? Gelato Frizzante - ice cream sold "Italian style" with San Pellegrino Aranciata and vanilla gelato . Not sure, but either way he loved it!

And I had these beauties. Zeppole di Caterina - Ricotta cheese fritters, served with whipped cream and chocolate sauce. It was never a question of what I would order here. I did share these with Todd, because as The Mad Hatter told me "sharing is caring", but I ate the majority of them and they are fantastic.

And another shot the their deliciousness.

This is absolutely a must do on all trips for us. Since the pizza's are definitely big enough to share it will be one that isn't a huge deal to pay out of pocket.

I really need to get there and try that place! Just so stuck on my favorites I never ever try anything new hardly anymore :)

You should! Though I can see how the "sticking with favorites" can happen because we will definitely be going back to this one because we loved it so much! What are your favorites? Maybe I'll try some of them next time!

Oh my the picture with the beast is just wonderful

Thank you! It was a super cool experience.

So after our amazing lunch we walked around Epcot for quite a while. I even avoided the caramel store! We met Mulan and searched for Belle, but she was elusive to us in Epcot! I saw her twice but both times she was being led back because of rain.

I'm not sure what all we did that day but I'm sure it included playing in Innovations and Spaceship Earth for Owen. It was hot that day but fairly nice! I of course wanted to stay for Illuminations but decided to not be selfish and get the boys back at a reasonable hour this time. I never did see Illuminations so that is happening next trip!

I do know we rode this with a fast pass.

Then we were headed out and of course got hit with a downpour, but ended up seeing an amazing rainbow so it was worth it. We hadn't brought Owen's stroller this day (thank goodness) and he did fine. I hated lugging that thing around.

We decided that we would head back to the resort and grab dinner at Art of Animation! Seems silly considering we were kind of in the mecca of food for Disney in my opinion, but we weren't hungry yet and wanted to get back. So we got back to Pop, rested and played a bit, and then had dinner at Art of Animation.

Owen got this. And yes - Todd STOLE a plate from Art of Animation. I made him walk it back the next morning. Regular old pizza and he didn't comment on it. It didn't look great though.

He also got this cupcake and true to form, ate a few bites of icing and was done. I have no idea if Todd ate the cupcake or not, and he can't remember. Let's just assume it was a regular tasting cupcake.

Todd ordered the meatball sub, which came with a salad. I don't think he thought this was remarkable, but he did eat it! Well he ate the sub - didn't touch the salad.

And of course his trusty cookie option. Which in this picture looks like Owen is trying to get in on the cookie action!

And I got the create your own pasta. I chose wheat spaghetti, pesto, mushrooms, spinach, broccoli, and garlic. I also added shrimp. This is a huge amount of food and it was decent. I was really hoping for more flavor, but I think that like many restaurants, they make things kind of bland for the masses. But it certainly wasn't awful! I'd try something similar when we stay again if we are eating at the resort. I think part of the issue was I would have shared again but Todd was starting to freak out at the (massive) number of QS it was looking like we would be wasting.

And they had one of my favorite desserts all fresh and tasty looking in the case!

This was good! Still a little warm and lots of cinnamon!

The next morning we were planning on doing Magic Kingdom again. Somewhere on this trip Todd realized that we could see Mary Poppins if we did a 1900 Park Fare breakfast! I do realize that he could see her other areas in MK (I think), but he was so excited and we had leftover TS credits to use, so I booked a last minute breakfast. It worked out perfectly though b/c our reservation was around 8:30 (I think) and then we would just boat over to MK from there.

I got up early to run so that I at least felt a LITTLE hungry for the breakfast, and then got the boys up. I'm glad we booked it because it was the most entertaining character meal of our entire trip! I hadn't even had it on my radar, b/c we had already met Pooh and Tigger, I didn't realize Todd loved Ms. Poppins, and I knew nothing about the Mad Hatter. But oh my gosh - what fun!

First of all - the location is beautiful, and it was an amazing morning.

We hopped on this, and it was the perfect relaxing way to get to the resort.

We knew it was a somewhat "dressier" location so Owen chose to accessorize.

I guess he figured since he got so hot at the party he didn't have enough of an opportunity to wear his Buzz Lightyear wings! Knowing what I know now - I would have bought him a Buzz t-shirt and had him wear the wings. Lessons learned.

Us on the boat ride over. All smiles! But oh my.....excuse the hair...there is nothing to see here.... Florida humidity and my hair didn't always get along.

So gorgeous

And here we are!!!

Owen of course made a friend. Notice they share a love for Toy Story.

And now to the food!!!!

Owen's Plate 1 (I swear I'm not just recycling the same picture)

His Plate 2. Bread with the crust off, watermelon, Mickey waffle and sausage.

Todd's Plate 1. The usual suspects.

And more carbs for Todd.

And now for me!! I ate more at this breakfast than any! I had heard about the banana foster sauce - that is something I really wanted to try. Fruit and French toast with bananas foster sauce. Oh my....so great. I'm glad I don't know how to cook very well b/c I'd be dangerous if I could recreate some of these treats.

Plate 2. The cereal didn't get eaten, and I'm not even sure who it was for, but the bread pudding was for yours truly... I had never tried bread pudding before this trip - it's delicious.

Now for the characters. Best part of the meal!

Alice was adorable and so sweet.

Ok we are missing the photos from the rest of the characters at the moment, b/c they are on my camera card at home, but I will post them tonight.

Mary Poppins was beautiful, proper, friendly AND funny. She was so sweet with Owen and then started teasing (in a very sweet way) the little girl at the next table for eating candy for breakfast. The girl had gummy worms served with her gluten free waffles. It was so funny. She said "Why your children are so well behaved....not that I expect them to stay that way, eating candy for breakfast..." And she just went on and on but in such a proper tone - it was adorable. The family was laughing. (And side note - their children really WERE well behaved).

And the Mad Hatter - out of control funny. I wish I could post video on here. He yelled across the restaurant about "Manners" to Mary Poppins. He sat down next to Owen and started using his spoon to fling his (dry) fruit loops across the restaurant! He said - I have no idea where that went.... And he told Owen it's ok that he touched his food b/c he wears gloves! I can't even explain just how funny he was.

Here is a picture with the three face characters, but I have better ones.

Ok I'll add the pictures tonight! Here they are!

Love Him!!!

After he flung the fruit loops.

Overall I think this character meal is one we'll pay for out of pocket in the future.

After this we went back to Magic Kingdom and I can't even remember what all we did that day, but I know it was fun! I'm completely sure we rode Peter Pan and It's a Small World. And we did Enchanted Tales with Belle, and Owen was a plate!

Owen bowing after his acting debut

Todd got this slushie from....well I have no idea. He said it was good, but had really been looking for a coke slushie.

This was an incredibly fun day, and we still had an entire day left to go! We were originally scheduled to eat at Ohana's that night, but I think you can guess from the food my family has eaten, that I might be the only one who likes the food at Ohana's. So instead we had canceled that, and planned to eat QS. Now with so many options....what to do???

This was another party night in MK, so we were leaving early. I actually liked those nights because it was much easier for me to leave knowing I wasn't missing a parade or fireworks in case it didn't rain! I couldn't stay anyway, so it was no issue.

Todd and I were discussing what we wanted to do for dinner, and he said he thought he would just order the Pop pizza again. I knew for sure I didn't want that, so we made a deal. I would get to run to Epcot quickly and just grab something at Sunshine Seasons and they would order pizza. I'd rather hit up the stands, but I knew they were further back. So Todd agreed and we took the monorail over to Epcot! Fun experience!

We ran in, played for a very short period of time, and then grabbed my dinner. I make myself eat pretty healthy at home (BORING), so I was looking forward to trying an Asian dish and yummy Sunshine Seasons dessert here.

Here is what I got. Beef with broccoli and lo mein. This was just ok. I wanted to like it more than I did. But it was fine!

I also got a carrot cake cupcake that I'm missing a picture of (but have it somewhere), so I'll add that later. It was the typical Disney carrot cake cupcake and absolutely delicious! TEE-DA! Found it!!

And the boys got their trusty pizza. And they liked it again.

Todd's cookie!

Owen's dirt pudding cup. He really liked this, and shared it with Todd.

It was a nice relaxing end to the day. I was a tiny bit sad that the next day was our last full day! How did that happen??? But though we had originally planned to not go back to MK, of course we changed our mind. I wanted very much to hit up the food and wine festival, so it was agreed that I would go on my own in the morning and then we'd meet up around 2:00 and go to MK.

At this point (no joke) we had at least 15 snacks left. And it might have been 19 at this point. So I was looking forward to spending them in Epcot!

The next morning I got up early, went for my run, and then came back for my normal breakfast of cereal and coffee. Here is that interesting breakfast you've missed all this time!

And there is 1/2 a banana in there! That's right - I mixed the fruit... Anyway, Owen also had cereal and Todd had some of his leftover chocolate cake from our first meal at T. Rex. This was the morning we threw out the leftovers. The birthday cake had been trashed days ago.

Then the boys settled in for some relaxation at the resort and playground and I headed by myself to Epcot. It was gorgeous but I was no Disney dummy....I brought my raincoat!

Yup....fool me once.....

It poured too - people were hiding out, but I was on a mission. So many options....so little time. It got gorgous out again eventually though!

First thing I knew I wanted was the Le Cellier steak from Canada. I'd heard so much about it and I was going to taste it! Thankfully either because it was early on a Wednesday or the rain scared people it was pretty darn empty in that area!

Le Cellier” Wild Mushroom Beef Filet Mignon with Truffle Butter Sauce. This could have been amazing. I had read a lot of people saying it was overcooked, which was fine with me b/c I like my meat cooked. This was much much redder than I eat meat, so I only took a bite or two. But those bites were delicious! The mushrooms are amazing and the sauce - yum. I probably could have eaten the steak and been fine, but I wasn't so much into trying rare meat and chancing getting sick. I still definitely recommend it!

I really wasn't sure what all I wanted to try - I just knew there was no way I could eat all the things I'd LIKE to try. The next stand I came to and couldn't pass up was the Begium stand.

Belgian Waffle with Warm Chocolate Ganache and Whipped Cream. Well that treat was like a piece of heaven in the mouth! Get this - you won't regret it. Notice it's a little wet - yup it had started to rain.

I was trying to decide what was next on my list of "to try", but then like divine intervention I decided to just check out the Poland stand. Well hmmm....I think I'll give this a try! Sauerkraut pierogi with pork goulash! This was a complete surprise. It hadn't been on my radar really at all, but I was really pleasantly surprised! It was good! They asked me if I wanted a cover for it, b/c at this point it was pouring, but I said no thanks. They joked that I was just getting some extra Florida nutrients! Worked for me!

It was at this point I had to admit food defeat. I'm pathetic - THREE things? So ashamed. But I decided to walk around and get some treats to take with us. Like....I don't know...maybe caramel corn? And Todd asked me to pick him up a cream puff he had seen.

First - my favorite place. Karamell Kuche. Where this jumped into my hands. Actually two of them. One was supposed to go to my mother in laws house. We've since decided not to tell her that, as it is gone.

I also got a caramel s'more square that I can't find a picture of, but it looks similar to this, except with caramel.

Then I hit up Norway for Todd's cream puff. At Kringla Bakery. That place smelled amazing.

Todd's berry cream puff! I got this to go and it barely fit in the container. Todd ate it later that day and said he liked it, but was expecting custard more so than whipped cream. But he polished it off.

And I just had to try one of these. Kringla Sweet Pretzel with Chocolate - sweet raisin pretzel glazed with ice and chocolate. Somehow I never noticed there were raisins in it, but I ate it after getting home from Disney and heated it up a bit - SO good!

Then I called Todd and told him mission accomplished - I had my goodies in tow! I had done this in just over an hour or so. I did have to stop for ONE more thing on my way out.

Mango soda.

The original plan was to meet the boys in Magic Kingdom, so I headed over to the monorail. It was in line that I realized - I had a lot of food that I didn't really want to have sitting out in the hot sun for several hours. So I called Todd who was still waiting on the MK bus and told him I was heading back to the resort and would still meet them in MK. So I hopped out of line and got on a bus to Pop. I got there and Todd and Owen were still there! I told him I'd run the items to the room and meet them back there, but as they had already waited 45 minutes to go ahead if the bus came. I JUST missed it, and luckily there was one behind it. As in - I actually beat Todd and Owen to the park b/c there were a total of 8 people on my bus and about 1000 (kidding) on theirs.

I was still in disbelief that this was our last day! We had to leave by 10:30 the next morning to get to the airport. So I of course wanted it to be a great one. And the weather was cooperating!

Next up - Magic Kingdom snacks!

Looking back I have no idea what the boys had for lunch that day. Whatever it was - I promise it wasn't as good as my food and wine treats. I'll ask Todd when I get home, but he never took pictures. BAD Dis-er....

The weather was amazing that afternoon. Maybe the best I had seen since we got there. I didn't dare think that we MIGHT be able to see a parade! Now at 3:00 my hopes were high and we had a good spot to see the parade, but nope - right before the parade started - it rained. So no 3:00 parade. Owen DID get these though!

Doesn't he look happy about it?? Actually he was, but was tired of me saying...no turn this way - I want a picture. I want to see them both.... These were gifts from Tinkerbell and Aurora. He was so upset when they came off later.

We did all of Owen's favorite rides again and played in the tree house. Mostly we just walked around loving life! We got him on the 7 Dwarfs ride with a fast pass, but he wasn't a fan. I should add that by "we" here I mean Todd. Because along with the fact that my stomach is horrible about some foods it also doesn't "do" rides. The craziest ride I got on was Malstrom in Epcot, and I even worried about that drop. :) It was JUST about my limit! Anyway, at MK we also got him on the Haunted Mansion. I think he liked it, but he did ask - why was there someone in our car... :) We did the amazing Philharmagic (SO love it) and one of my favorites - the carousel of Progress.

We just walked around, rode what we wanted, got pictures and saw THIS snack! Originally I had thought I might want one, but there was no way at this point, but I knew Owen would like it so I bought it for him.

Cake Cup from Cheshire Café!

He ate a few bites of it but ultimately most of it got wasted. I didn't even taste it, but I'm guessing it tasted like lots of funfetti icing and cake! Definitely a snack to be shared. Even with only having a few bites - this is what Owen thought...

WOOOOO!! I had cake!! In Magic Kingdom!!! And it's sunny!! And I'm FREE!!! We had ditched the stroller by this time too - so glad.

Todd decided to get another ones of these. I reused the picture, so excuse the poncho. There was none of that at MK today after the 3:00 storm!!!

I was still full from Epcot so I didn't get a snack. We spent our time in Magic Kingdom and then it was back to the boat to go to 1900 Park Fare for dinner!!

I finally found my 1900 Park Fare dinner pictures, though I didn't take as many as I thought. But there are still a bunch! We were super excited to try this place after we had loved breakfast so much. And I knew there was going to be bread pudding....win.

First our food!

Owen's plate. Pizza, mac n cheese, corn, corn nuggets and 2 tater tots he didn't touch. He wouldn't eat the hot dogs in the "package" so we unwrapped them.

Todd's plate. Similar to Owen's. I think I lost another picture of Todd's second plate, but I'm not sure.

My beastly plate. The bread was for Owen but everything else was mine. I remember not loving the potstickers, but I liked them. The pasta dish was ok, and I just tasted that. Everything else I polished off. Oh my gosh I was full. And I still ate dessert. The carrot cake mini cake and the key lime tart were for Owen. He loved the carrot cake but not the key lime. The bread pudding and mini cheesecake was for me. I ate ALL the bread pudding. I didn't touch the cheesecake b/c I was beyond stuffed. Owen also had a couple of gummy bears.

Now the characters! They were fantastic.

Cinderella and the Prince Dancing. All while the stepsisters discussed how they were "showing off" and "not that good".

Prince Charming teaching Owen how to stand like a prince.

Cinderella. She was hands down the sweetest, most amazing and wonderful Cinderella of the trip. She spent several minutes just down on Owen's level talking quietly to him. It was awesome.

More kisses!!

The stepmother is NOT happy about the kisses!

.

SO much fun! We loved this entire meal. The only negative was the fact that after this I was so full and reminded why I do not overeat. I was uncomfortable the rest of the night! However, we pushed on because though I was afraid to believe it to be true - it was NOT raining when we left! Could it be, would I see a nighttime parade after 11 days????

YES I SURE WOULD!!! It was amazing and wonderful just like I had imagined! And Owen even stayed awake. His rest that morning had helped. And the fact that we had no stroller ;)

Sometime that night Todd got a frozen coke and a root beer float, but somehow I don't have pictures of them!

Ok time to wrap this up! I can't believe how fast it went! The trip AND the review (but mostly the trip).

So on our last day we had to leave for the airport at 10:30. I got up with sadness, ran (sad), came back the room to longingly look at my MDE (sad) and WAIT A MINUTE....Magic Kingdom EMH! Well heck - we have time to hit the park quick! So I calmly woke up the boys and said we had time for one last trip if they hurried!

Todd was on board with the idea while Owen was less sure of giving up his sleep. Luckily I'm much bigger than him and we got on the bus at 7:30.

Owen made a friend with someone's grandmother.

I can actually feel the happy heat in my heart just looking at the front of MK. We got there right when the doors were opening and in we went! We decided there was no wait to meet Cinderella and Rapunzel and we hadn't met Rapunzel yet so in we went! Cinderella was sweet again and Rapunzel was so great. We did learn that maybe when rushing a four year old out the door you should see if he had to go to the bathroom first.

Luckily there was no wait and we hit the bathroom right away after.

Then of course hit our favorites! Peter Pan and IASW! After that we walked around breathing in the beautiful Main Street (sunny) air. Owen got a picture on the fire truck. All fantastic things. Then we decided to head back to the resort, but first - lots of snack credits left!

Courtesy of Main Street Confectionary!

I ordered this but forget what it was. Some type of toffee? It was for my inlaws, and this actually DID make it to their house.

Pumpkin Pie fudge for my dad, but I tasted it after we got home and it was amazing! He still got 99% of it though.

Chocolate covered S'more (Went to the inlaws, but I bet it was good!)

Mickey cake pop. I'll admit I had never had a cake pop in my life, so I'm not the best judge, but I'm NOT a fan of cake pops. I would bet if you are though, it was good!

This was earlier in the trip and I'm not sure from where, but Mickey cookie! He ate this over two days so I know he loved it! Usually it's two bites and he's over it.

Owen on the bus back to the resort saying goodbye to MK for now!

Once we got back it was a bit of a mad rush. We still had credits to use (I know, right??). We had 5 QS, 1 TS, and 1 snack I think? Anyway, I got the luggage ready to move while the boys grabbed a super quick breakfast at Pop, and used two QS. Then I had a mission - I wasn't leaving here without using my credits! I was going to use my QS to get someone else's breakfast, but the CM wasn't sure how and I was on borrowed time, so I asked about converting them. It is 1/1. Well that didn't seem like a great use of credits, so I thought quickly. They also offer a breakfast where you can get a pastry, a fruit, and a drink. Well there you go. I didn't get pictures of this ridiculousness because I seriously had pretty much 5 minutes to get on the bus. But this is what we got.

2 cinnamon rolls
1 muffin
3 oranges
3 waters (packed in suitcase)

That took care of the QS

Then I had 1 snack so I got a bag of the family sized trail mix (decent snack value!)

And I didn't even REALIZE I could cash in my 1 TS (from the night Todd missed BOG), and the manager, who was awesome, told me I could, so without time to think I just grabbed another bag of the mix. One went to my mother in law and one to work.

So that is how we wasted but used our remaining credits.

We are going back in September on the QS plan and hopefully that will be more manageable for us (though I loved the character meals). We are also hoping to go back in April, but will be paying out of pocket. I think that will be the way I prefer, but I know Todd likes all his "free" desserts!

So thank you for following along! It was an amazing trip, I'm experiencing major post - Disney sadness and I can't wait to get back there! If I find anything while working on my photo book that I forgot to include I'll add it in!

Wow, looks like you had a wonderful trip! Your son seems so good with the characters. The lipstick gifts they gave him are so adorable. What a cute photo!

So glad you enjoyed Via Napoli! That is definitely a must do for us now as well.

The pumpkin waffle looks delicious! I seriously wanted to do the party just for the special food items they have while it is going on.

My new job is absolutely awesome! Enjoying your job is definitely a great feeling. Thanks so much for asking! :goodvibes

Oh my, so much clumsiness!! We arrive Friday evening and I'm so excited. We will be going to WGPE on Saturday morning, have a swim after then head to Epcot for food and wine for dinner.

I was excited to read about the rest of your trip! Your pictures are making me hungry!! We almost always have credits left also, but in the past we could trade one credit for three snacks, which worked out nicely. One for one doesn't seem like a great value unfortunately.

Love Owen in his Buzz wings. My grandmunchkins have three sets of them and love playing in them!!:goodvibes:

Thank you for taking the time to share your trip with us!!!
