Why can't I book Shutters?!

I'm trying to book a breakfast for our departure date on Sept. 23rd since we're staying at that resort during our trip and I figure it'll be an easy last breakfast. We're on the free dining plan and when I go to book Shutters, all times between 8:30am-noon are booked. It isn't like a character breakfast or anything so why do you figure it's booked? (I've tried booking online) I have a Character Bkfst at 1900 with Mary Poppins and friends that I'm trying to cancel for Shutters. Imagine that!

Is Shutters a place that usually books? Eek! What now?! I feel trapped with these ADRs you need for free dining. I'm worried it's not worth the trouble.

I don't think Shutters serves breakfast.

As an aside, my family nicknamed it "Shudders" after our awful experience during Christmas week.

Book that TS on another day. Enjoy a nice CS breakfast at CBR on your final day.

Shutters is open for dinner only.
