Why can't I book HDD? What is going on?

Can anyone tell me what the heck is going on with the computer system? I have been trying to book the Hoop Dee Doo for our upcoming trip and they keep telling me they have a problem with the computers? Do they not use the same system for all the other reservations? I mean this is ridiculous... and they don't seem to be in a hurry to fix it. :confused3
 
I had the same problem for our Easter trip, but I called every day (for the next 4 days)and finally the system allowed them to book it.
 
I wish I knew too. It is beginning to make me quite annoyed now. I have been calling for over 2 weeks and still nothing for HDD. called again this morning and I agree, seems like no big rush to fix the problem. I called two weeks ago and the CM I spoke with said to try at the beginning of June. OK....still nothing. Just have to keep trying.
I am sure it will work out, just venting because it is the last thing I need to book and it is making me crazy to not be able to do it. :scared1:

ME TOO! I have everything booked and I am super annoyed that it hasn't been fixed yet! I mean I can book EVERYTHING else... why not HDD? It is just ridiculous. I am actually disappointed in Disney since it has been down for quite some time. :sad2:
 

I tried this morning too. Same story. I have to book on the phone w/the DDP. Otherwise my CC will be charged! I found that out with CRT. Had to completely redo the ressie. I am disapointed that Disney can't seem to resolve this problem.:headache:

I booked yesterday for CRT and no problem. :confused3 I am on the dining plan and was not charged. :sad2:

Me too!!! It is the only thing I need to book and I have called at least 4 times, and every time they tell me to check back in a few days... :confused: I have been trying since early May...

OH GEEZ.. that isn't very promising. I mean that is really ridiculous. They are going to mess around and its going to be October and they don't have any reservations. :guilty:
