Why can't I book at my 11 month window?

So today is My 11-month window to book at AKV starting on May 30th. My understanding is that I can book starting May 30, 2025, for seven consecutive nights, with a check-out date of June 6, 2025. The DVC website will only allow me to book 1 night. Am I reading the DVC FAQ wrong?

Are you using the Check Availability tool on the Home page, or Plan a Vacation -> Book a Vacation on the My DVC page? I just tried the Check Availability tool, and it wouldn’t let me pick a checkout date past May 31. But the Book a Vacation tool was fine.

If you’re using Book a Vacation, you need to chat or call MS.

I use the Check Availability tool a lot when I’m just casually looking. But when I’m serious, especially when I want something difficult to get (e.g., BW view in early December), I go straight to Book a Vacation.
