It's kind of weird. I've had a thanksgiving week hotel room reserved for months, and I've changed the reservation a few times-- added someone, changed resorts, etc. Except for adding the person I have been able to do all my changes online. Now this reservation has the attached message that I can't modify or cancel it online, and must call Disney directly. (I wanted to add MDE info which can be done on the modify form usually). It is one of three existing reservations I have, and the only one without a modify or cancel button. I don't think there is anything different about this reservation in particular. It's been this way for a few weeks, so it doesn't seem to be a temporary glitch. So what gives? Is God just trying to keep me from modifying to upgrade to club level, lol?
