Why can I get BOG, but not The Plaza in September??

I can't find any openings for our stay in September?!? Did The Plaza get more popular than BOG??

My understanding is it is walk up mostly now, only ADR availability for a short window of time each day, I believe in the early afternoon.

Here's an excerpt: "reservations can only be made for one hour a day, between 11:00AM and 12:00PM in the afternoon"
