I can't sleep. I'm tired, but sometimes I get like this, where I just can't fall asleep, for no reason. So I had 3 shots of Tequila and I'm starting nto feel the effects, making me droswsy.
So why aren't you asleep, it.s late!

I rarely go to sleep until around 3 a.m. I only sleep 4-5 hours a night. I wish the boards were in high gear 24 hours a day. I did take an Ambian about an hour ago...nothing!

Funny you mention Ambien today... I was just tellling someone earlier today about the time I took TWO Ambien the night before heading to Las Vegas, when I had an 8 AM flight.... My wife tells me it wasn't pretty.... and I took the Ambien at about 1 AM, after I cam e home from work..... One Ambien never does anything for me. Though I only use it a few time s a year... but always 2 at a time anymore.

Did you know they changed the formula for Ambien? People are complaining that it's not working as well as it used to. I'll find out on Monday night when I go to my doc for the prescription. My BIL who has terrible insomnia has to take 2 (with his docs consent).

The actual Ambien has never worked well for me, unless, like Big Cuddly Bear suggested...take 2. The generic stuff works far better (for me) but causes me to have the *wildest* dreams ever, I mean really exciting and very entertaining dreams. The kind of stuff you hope you won't forget and should make a great book. Always gone by morning.

Mine too. It's amazing how loud 5 pounds can be and while sleeping. A little snort followed but a little whisting sound. Ah, it's wonderful.

Good question for tonight - for which I have no answer.. I'm ususally asleep long before this, but the past two or three nights I've been up until at least 1 a.m. - if not later..

Don't have a clue why..Not sick; nothing bothering me; tired, but just not "get in bed and go to sleep tired"..

Hopefully it's just a phase - and will pass in another day or two..

I ended up falling asleep around 8pm when we got home from my Grandma's. I got up about an hour ago and can not fall back asleep.
