Alright, I'm confused.

How do travel agents make their money if they don't collect anything from me?

Free service is great! But it makes me wonder on guarantees of quality!!

TA's get paid by the supplier (commission). Whether you book a WDW vacation by yourself or a TA books it for you, you will pay the same price. The only difference is the service you will get if you book through a TA. Disney or a travel supplier will take care of paying the TA. You can also save on long distance fees if you book through a TA especially if they book your ADRs for you.

Hope that helps ! :)

Thank you! :thumbsup2

I THOUGHT this was the case, but I wasn't sure. I thought there would be some hidden fees somewhere! pirate:

Thanks again!

Or you can just call 1-800-828-0228.

We used Dreams Unlimited for our trips in 2003 and 2005. Had Beth Czada as an agent both time. She was great. What is great about using a TA like DU is that they look after the leg work. It is not that you couldn't do the exact same thing but it sure is less work.

We love Susie P. from Small World Vacations. They are the ones from www.mousesavers.com She is SUPER and has pixie-dusted us all sorts of surprises and made things happen at the last minute that I wouldn't have thought possible. If you like, I'll pm you her email. Just pm me. :)

Happy planning!

Beth
