Why are so many ride down in MK

Just for fun, I will look at the MDE app to see how long lines are. I just looked and there are TWELVE rides showing as down ride now. I noticed this happened last week too. I would almost expect for one or two rides to go down but 12?!

There may very well be an afternoon storm rolling in. We were there 2 weeks ago and it rained at about this time every day. Rained HARD with lots of lightning.

On another note, Disney should add the weather radar to the park maps on the app. Just kidding, sort of!

We missed on Splash Mountain last week. We had an afternoon fastpass and the ride was down almost all day. And, it was our last day. They did give us a fastpass for any ride at the MK to use in place of Splash.
