Why are car rentals so expensive Feb 20-28??

VEHICLE LICENSE FEE: $2.82

Total Estimated Charges: $268.10


I think the two different locations is what is hiking up the price.

The airport concession recovery fee is the fee they charge for using two different airports so that only added $20
