Why Am I Getting This Message On Alamo?

"We're sorry for the inconvenience, but we are experiencing technical issues with this reservation attempt. Please call 1 (877) 222-9075."

I have a couple reservations (I have the confirmation numbers) on Alamo and need to cancel one, but I cannot pull up either reservation. I keep getting the above message.

Any idea why?

I've been getting the same thing. Am guessing they are having IT issues?

I got the same error message and called them. I was able to cancel my ressie in about 2 minutes. It's an automated system....very easy.
