Why am I getting so freaked out over a condo rental???

We're staying at VRBO #53573--check it out on www.vrbo.com. The owner's name is Laura and she is wonderful with answering all of my questions--makes everything very easy. Another Diser has also stayed there a couple of times and gave the TH great reviews. HTH :)

I just emailed her. The twin over full bunkbed solves my problem of the kids sleeping on a different floor from us. Thanks! :thumbsup2

May I ask a question here? I have looked over all of the sites listed here on the disboards and would love to try one of the 3bdrm/3bth townhouses. My problem is we travel with multiple families and would need at least two possibly three of them. Don't most owners only have one? How do you go about renting more than one that would all be in one area? Also where do any extra cars park at the townhouses? The drive only looks large enough for one car. Any help here would surely be appreciated.

we stayed at windsor hills 2 years ago and it was very nice. the pool and clubhouse are great and there is even a little movie theater. you will not be disappointed.
this year we won a auction on ebay and are staying at bonnet creek cant wait we leave in 2 weeks. i too am nervous that everything will work out with ebay. i think everyone worries a little. but a least you are going to disney. good luck to you.

I am going in Feb 2008 rented a six bedroom house at windsor hills. Place looks great. The owners have been super to deal with. Talked to them on the phone and via e-mail Even got a xmass card from them. I did stay at windsor plams 2 years ago, that was nice but the windsor hills seem to have larger home

Well good luck!!:yay:

Christine,
The condo website is Orlando Condo Rentals Near Disney dot com. You have to go to the management company to get the key. Some units have a key box and you don't have to make another stop. I also looked for condo's that did not have too much of a Disney theme. My son is 14 and having a room all decorated in Disney wasn't going to fly! Your little ones will love a Disney themed room. There is so much selection that you are bound to find one you like. Ruby

I just booked a really nice 3 bedroom townhouse with a small pool in Windsor Hills. I was a bit nervous but I decided it's time to stay somewhere different after staying in the same place year after year. Go for it! :cool1:

pardon me i saw your post...you can get condos or timeshare villas from someone who owns one. They can get one or more through guest certificates through RCI or Interval Int. trading companies.
If you need something let me know I can check the website for availabilty...it depends on when you go and where you want to stay.
There are also websites you can google and owners of TS will rent out their weeks to you. Some high and some resaonable. Also ebay has many up for auction. Just type in Disney World rentals. If you have any questions about some of the properties in the area, I have stayed at many.
Have a nice day
