Whose magic band controls the credits?

We are going to be using the DDP for the first time for our next trip in May. We decided to have my parents join us for the last few days, they will not be on the DDP. They are planning on taking our daughter to the parks to give us a little break...will they be able to use her credits through her magic band or does it need to be through mine or my husband's band? It will be just for her meal, they won't be using any of our credits.

Any band on the reservation has access to the credits. You may need to provide your parents with the PIN used to access the band's functions, but your daughter's band will have access to any DDP credits.

I'm not sure, but you probably need to make sure you daughter has charging ability. I think my older son's worked for dining, but not the younger one since he could not charge.
