Who's Voting Kerry Because He's the Lesser of Evils?

What has the President done/said that would make you believe this?

1. He invaded Iraq which is a war of choice. Almost 1000 young Americans have died in vain.

2. His policy of pre-emptive war means that the military will be always be spreaded thin. Need for more guard and regular troops.

Does that clear it up for you?

Two rich boys running for president. Just choose the lesser of two evils.

I like what John Stewart said about both of them. He said that Kerry is a flip-flopper, and Bush has sincere heartland values.... and he's stupid. He's calls that convential wisdom. The daily show is where I like to get my campaign coverage.:jester:
I personally am in the Anybody But Bush corner.

I ahve yet to see concrete informaiton as to why Senator Kerry is the lesser of two evils.

Convince me.

This anwer won't do you any good because your only contribution to the discussion is the same old mantra.

This election is similar to California. It was anything by Gov. Davis. The voters decided to elect an actor with no experience running anything because they simply wanted a breath of fresh air. bush is bad breath(almost 4 years old) and anyone different would be morning in America.

---Throughout our history, wartime has been a time of sacrifice. ... What have we sacrificed?" McCain said. "As mind-boggling as expanding Medicare has been, nothing tops my confusion for cutting taxes during wartime. I don't remember ever in the history of warfare when we cut taxes."
I fondly remember a time when real Republicans stood for fiscal responsibility." -----John McCain(5/19/04)

1) Your opinion. Your choice. Others will disagree.

2) So are you saying we shouldn't try to prevent *any* attacks and only respond afterward? Do you feel that way about crime too?

Haven't you read that military enlistment/recruitment is at the desired rate according to the Pentagon?

How many more wars do you think he has planned? Iran? Korea?

I'm with you on this one..........alot of people have sent emails saying that Kerry has businesses that are run in other countries..ie ketchup made in Mexico, excuse me but I think that decision was made by his wifes previous relations not by Kerry himself! If we don't do something to get this country back we will soon have to learn another language just to live in our own country, excuse me but if you want to live here, learn the language and respect OUR beliefs, heck Christmas isn't even Christmas anymore just so we don't offend anyone else! The pilgrims came here to escape religious prejudice and now we can't even put those religious beliefs out there. No ten commandments in a court house, but I'll bet those same people have no problem spending money even though it says "In God we trust" on the bills. And they all want to get over here to make that money!

If not for the lead in on your post, I would have sworn you were a supporter of Bush. If you are voting for Kerry for the reasons cited above, you have been sadly misled. The ACLU is leading the charge on all of the issues you've layed out, and the ACLU is in bed with the democratic party.

I am 56 years old and seriously cannot remember ever voting FOR anyone but rather AGAINST someone. I wish someone with substance and good common sense who knows what it is like to live in the real world would step forward but I guess you have to be insane or something to want the job of President.

Costs too much money to run nowadays and the attention on yourself and loved ones is horrible. Wonder how many of our former presidents, who are admired nowadays, would be able to withstand such scrutiny. I am willing to vote for a faliable human being with good intentions, ability to ask for and take good advice and inspire us to bigger and better things. Don't need to know who they sleep with. what is more I don't care to know.

Iran, Syria....and the list goes on. The next war will be whichever Prime Minister Cheney tells him. I am glad my boys are still in elem. and Jr. High while this baffoon is running the nation.

You didn't answer (or avoided) my other question which I assumed you were going to because you quoted it.

You know, it will be funny to see you folks with your shorts bunched up for another 4 years come Nov 3 if Bush wins (legally again).

You'll need therapy.

No it doesn't. Dying "in vain" is your opinion. Point #2 is mere speculation. Your basing this statement on one example that you disagreed with. I don't think the American people (or the US Congress) would support a draft. Of course, that's JMO.
