Who's Hosting the Zatarains House Party?

I am having mine this weekend
Here is the menu so far:
homemade gumbo, Zatarains jambalya, rice and bean dip, rootbeer cupcakes, creole mustard potato salad and some other goodies

This is my second House Party. I did the "Just Dance 2" party in November.

I had mine yesterday & I have to say that the Red beans & rice dip went over extremely well!!

I didn't make the cupcakes but would like to hear how they were... I was kind of disappointed that I couldn't find the frozen entrees in my area yet, but we had a good lunch yesterday with the Jambalaya, Red Beans & Rice & Dirty rice.

We don't have the frozen entrees here either! For the red beans and rice dip did you use a food processor? Or did you leave the rice as it was and just mix it in with the cream cheese?
