Was wondering if they had a Sounds of the Season station or something similar? Looking for a station playing Xmas music 24/7 during Christmas

Sirius has two this year beginning Thanksgiving Day. Channel 2 for the "regular" and #62 for Country Christmas.

Nice to know. I was wondering the same thing.

XM has five different ones starting on Thanksgiving Day:

Holly - XM 103
Sure, the classics are great. But at holiday time, it's the hits that get things swinging. Join Holly for the best holiday hits from the 40s through today - everyone from the Carpenters and Bobby Helms to Elton John and Bruce Springsteen. It's pop twists and old favorites that are sure to keep the holidays lively, festive and bright.

Holiday Traditions - XM 104
The tree. The mistletoe. The music. Those timeless classics that were there when family traditions began. Relive yesteryear with Bing Crosby, the Ray Conniff Singers, Burl Ives, the Ronnettes, and all the great tunes from the 40s through the 60s. Because the smell of Grandma's turkey isn't the only thing that that can bring back memories.

A Nashville Christmas - XM 105
Spice up the holidays with a Southern twang. A Nashville Christmas is here with the unique, old-fashioned family flavor that can only come from the biggest country stars of all time. So stop on by, and stay for a spell. 'Cause 'round these parts, Christmas is served. Country-style.

A Classical Christmas - XM 106
'Tis the season for grandeur and magic. For romance and wonderment. 'Tis the season for the world's most powerful array of holiday-themed, classical performances. From around the globe, A Classical Christmas delivers the spectacular music of the extraordinary holiday season.

Special X-Mas - XM 107
It's not the eggnog. Or the rum in the fruitcake. It's Special X-Mas, home to the wackier side of the holidays. This is the novelty music that keeps the laughs coming, all season long. From Cheech and Chong, the Chipmunks, Elmo, Patsy and so many others, there's no better place to eat, drink and be very, very merry.

Thanks for posting this. I have XM but have my regular stations that I listen to and never pay attention to any of the specials so I was unaware of this. :)

My fave FM station went Christmas music 24/7 last November and that was the reason I went out and got Satelite radio. Hehe!

Thanks for posting this! I was wondering about this yesterday. I just got XM last week and had no idea how to find this out.

I now get XM through Direct TV. I wonder if I will get these special channels with the Directv package.

Personally, I prefer Musicchoice more than XM at the moment. The feeds are off and the prompters are wrong. I know it was a new transition just a few days ago , so I'm giving it the benefit of the doubt.

Interesting....Last year they replaced the stations, and this year they are all together on their own channels. I think I like that better!

I got a new MDX last week and XM came with it. I don't know if it came with a list or my husband printed it out from somwhere but I have a paper on exactly what channels are where. It didn't have anything about holiday channels though so I'm glad to find these.
Okay, I just found a list of stations. Go to XMradio.com and you can see all the channels.

Thanks for the information on XM, we will be traveling to WDW Friday morning listening to Christmas music.

I just got my XM weekly update EMail. They ARE replacing channels. I don't know why they gave the holiday channels "numbers". For example, Holly, "XM 103" is replacing the heart on channel 23. Others are replacing XM pops, the torch, and two other stations.
