Who's going to watch the Olympics?

I am! Starting with the opening ceremonies tonight I'll be glued to the tube for the next two weeks. And when I'm not, the recorder will be on.

The Iraqi men's soccer team beat someone (Greece?) 4 - 2.

I used to love the Olympics but it's so infested with drug taking cheats, (particularly the athletics), that it has very little credibility left. The Tour de France (also known as th Tour de Pharmacy) was another big favourite of mine but that also is just a sad joke now.

I'll probably catch some of the Olympics but whenever someone wins now, you always question in your mind how they've acheived their success. Shame.

I'm so bummed that I have to miss the opening ceremonies tonight! I'm sure it will be spectacular. But I'll be watching once I get home on Saturday. Go Women's Basketball!!!

We will be watching! We are heading out to one of our favorite restaurants for an early dinner and then straight home way before 8:00! I hope I can stay awake though the opening ceremonies!

I really am not into watching sports in general, but there is something about the Olympics... I got sick of waiting and was watching the Olympic soccer matches on Telemundo on Wednesday. Now I wish I had taken Spanish in high school and college instead of German.

I will watch lots of it. I love watching the gymnastics and swimming events mostly, but I'll end up just leaving it on most of the time and catching bits and pieces.

Not me. I'm all for the USA, and I LOVE sports, but for some reason, the Olympics just never have been interesting to me.
