We saw Tron Wednesday at our fav theater....Hollywood Palms:thumbsup2

We liked it a lot...favorite line?
"You're messin' with my zen, man!"

Hoping to see Tangled if we can find it anywhere...and True Grit!:thumbsup2
( can you tell I am a HUGE Jeff Bridges fan?)

My son & husband went to Tron earlier at Hollywood Boulevard. We go there about once per month, but its been hard getting all 3 kids to agree on a movie. Not too many good ones out right now.

I am too cheap to pay to go to the movies. Free from the library is what I tend to do. Glad to hear Tangled was good. Also would like to see Black Swan. Only a few months to wait.

Saw The Tourist last night and really liked it. It was different...my DH thought it was kinda boring...it was somewhat dry but was meant to be that way.

Wed-Tron 3D at an Imax theater
Thurs-Tangled
today-The Chronicles of Narnia one

We are suppose to be in Disney right now but flights were cancelled and just couldn't rebook in the time frame we needed. Living it up at home instead :)

So Sorry to hear about your trip. Glad to see you are making the best of it.

Our 2 DD's went to see Tangled last night and they both LOVED it. DD13 said she is now her favorite "princess", and can't wait to see her and Flint? at WDW.

Tried to stay up to make the only feature available for harry potter last night, but 9:00 is a bit late for me:rotfl: Guess I'll have to wait for the DVD.

Not us....we went to see Tron just this past Monday, yes we saw it in Imax 3D so we were expecting it to be pricey, it was $67! I about died....LOL But we enjoyed it very very much, all of us did. :) Well worth the $67 but with me not working (still) it's hard to validate that type of expense. Most movies that look good I put in our Netflix queue as soon as I can. :) We actually don't plan to go to another movie until May, I want to go see Pirates 4! ;)

DH & I went to a 7:00 show last summer and we were dying on the way home! Did bring back memories of dating and going to the 9:00 show and going to Friendly's after for ice cream. Dating is for the young, that's for sure!! :rotfl2:

I saw "The King's Speech" this afternoon. What an excellent film. I can highly recommend :thumbsup2

Grrr. For some reason this movie is not coming anywhere near here and I so wanted to see it. Black Swan too.:sad2: Oh well, I can rent them eventually.

This time of year we go to the movies quite often. My sister and Father and I have a standing movie/dinner date every other week which is a blast.
Dh and the kids and I try to go out to a movie every 6 weeks or so too. That one is harder because dd is 13 and ds is 6. Sometimes it's hard to find something that will interest her enough but also be appropriate for him.
