Our crop was fun. The only downside was that not everyone here could be there. But you were all there in spirit. We had a large DIS contingent; LovingtheMouse, LindaBabe, dlbwright, BernardandMissBianca, Party of 3, MorgansMom2000, and Logan&TylersMama.

Linda, Caroline, Holly, and Jennifer, thank you so much for driving the distance to come. It was great to see you. Thank you all for bringing yummies. Jennifer, you are right, those chocolate pumpkin muffins were fab. Definitely will be going to be a favorite in my household.

Holly, thank you so much for the lovely birthday cake. It was gorgeous, and taste great. Chocolate is my favorite. Holly brought a cake that had the most gorgeous vintage style flowes...hey, I just thought of something, I wonder if she was saying I was vintage.

Well, I am off to bed. I was up at 3:00 am and for some reason, I am tired.

I had a great great time. Lots of laughs and so much fun to just be with the girls for the day.

I didn't get much done (I never do), and I swear I brought the most stuff of anyone. Barely touched a bit of it.

Lisa, I'm sorry the cake was smooshed, I really should have made sure it was on a flat surface in the back seat (luckily, it tastes the same, smooshed or not).

Holly and I went over to the plaza and did a little damage at Mike's and Jo's on the way home. The paper selection at Jo's was insane!

Great to see those I had already met again, and wonderful to meet new peeps.

Jennifer - i could not agree more about the great time yesterday, it is so nice to put faces with names. Enjoyed having a chance to chat with you and Holly - love your toys!!! In fact, after we left, LindaBabe and I stopped at the Inspiration Station in Stafford, and while lookng around, checked out the price on your Big Shot!Will watch for sales on it!

thank you Lisa for hosting us! You did an awesome job as always.Lunch was great, all the goodies were great, the laughs were great.....all around a great day! I will use just about anything to have birthday cake!! Except it must be white on white! I must have know that you'd prefer chocolate!
It was so nice to meet new people. I enjoyed the conversations and checking out what everyone is working on. Caroline and I had fun talking about place that brought us back to the past! I wish you could all see the book Jennifer is making for her new GREAT niece. BEAUTIFUL!!!!! and the invites she made for the shower-PROFESSIONAL! Thank you for taking me with you and for helping me with my swap pieces. You probably would have more done on your book if you did not have to keep stoping for me! sorry!thanks for all your help. you're the bestest! and thanks also for taking me over to the big JO'S!! Holy cow. We so need to go back there. No cub scout book (Logantylersmom had a really nice one. I'm going to check my jo's today.) And speaking of LTM- you should see the coat she made!!!!!! LOVE IT!!!! have i told you that????
All around great day. Thank you everyone for all your support once again. You guys rock.

And a PS to the Boston Crew- I'd love to get together will all of you as well. Maybe we could try to plan one where we could ALL go!

Caroline, they sell the BigKick at ACM (same machine, not the same colors), so you could use a coupon! How late were they open?

I'm thinking we should try to plan a DisCrop at the Inspiration Station. I'm happy to look into it, if we get enough interest. It'd be about an hour/hour and a half drive for the Boston crew. About the same for Holly and I. BAMB, Lisa, you CT gals? How would that work for you?

Would love to but they don't have a ton of space unless there is something upstairs that I haven't seen.
It does look like they host private crops.

I know it's far for some but I could book the fire house here in Blink if we ever wanted to do something.
Maybe we can find a firehouse or something else with a hall up towards Stafford Springs to do it??
