We are also going in October. It is the first time to Disney for all in my family. We will be at the Dolphin 10/27-11/02. Having so much fun doing all the planning. Thanks for all the help I am getting by reading all the threads.

Orignially had plans to go down with the DH and a group of friends -- everyone backed out and I was so sad. Then DH said that he didn't want to go if it was just the two of us (wouldn't be able to afford it since we were splitting the cost when all of us were going). My parents, sister and niece decided they were going to take advantage of the Fairytale Package & now YEAH! I'M GOING! We will be staying at the CBR from October 18 - 25, with MNSSHP probably on the 24th! Hope to see ya'll down there!

We will be going Oct 12-17. We are looking at renting a house. Grandparents will be going with us and we need access to a fridge and microwave. anyone ever rented a house in the area? Was it a good experience?

I can't believe the number of DIS members visiting WDW in October! Is MNSSHP the big draw for everyone, or do great minds just think alike? ;-)

We'll be there Sept. 28 - Oct. 5 and I expect to see an OCEAN of lime green!!!

The reason we are going is that our school systems have started offering us a fall break of a week. The weather is cooler and hopefully the crowds won't be as bad as other times. We went the same time last year and it was great. A small shower every afternoon usually when we had lunch and then it was cooler. we did attend MNSSHP and we didn't enjoy it that much. More people than they had in the parks that day. Others have enjoyed it though. Something I guess everyone needs to try at least once.

We are going because of a couple of things. First of all the weather is just about perfect that time of year, the Food and Wine Festival begins the weekend that I am going and also MNSSHP. Now that Mission Space and Mickey's PhilharMagic will be open around that time, that is two more reasons. We are going to have so much fun and I can't wait!
