Who's going in October 2002?

MNSSHP- Mickey's not so scaryt halloween party- is at the magic kingdom 7pm-midnight on Oct 11, 17, 20, 25,27, 31 and Nov 1st. We are goingon the 17th- jusy got our tickets in the mail. It is around $29. for adults and$22. for kids. I have never been but heard it is fun, there is info somewhere out there on the disney website and propably this one- i got my info from www.wdwig.com/mnssh.htm . Kids can get dressed up, there is a parade and they get candy and the characters are supposed to be dress up too. Can't wait. Ann

Sunset Pointe is behind Poly ! It is lined with Palm Trees and the "beach" is beside it. We are VERY excited! We were just down in April and decided to have our fairytale wedding!

Count us in! We're going 10/30 - 11/4, and staying at the Beach Club Villas (to try them out). We'll be at the Halloween PArty on the 31st and will be eating at LTT at 5:50... will try to incorporate the green ribbon somewhere in our coustum (don't know what we'll be going as yet... but I'm glad we're going!)

Hi Susie2 - Welcome to the DIS!

My family of 5 will be at the October 11 MNSSHP also. I did a thread on who all was going on that night a while back, and found there will be several of us! Also have priority seating at the Liberty Tree Tavern at 5:40 to begin the festivities a little early (and to get the kids to eat something good for them before they eat all that candy ), have you made these dinner reservations? The weather should be great in October, hope you have a wonderful holiday at WDW.

Luv2Travel: Hi. Me again. I have PS for 5:50!! Too cool. Will you be in MK before then or go in time for the PS with just the mnsshp ticket? I'm not certain what time MK is closing, but will they let me through the gate then? I'd really like to save a day on my park hopper and, the big thing, have the little ones take an afternoon nap!

lorilori-I was told by the CM that sold me mine for the 25th that as long as you have your MNSSHP tickets with you at the gate (in your case like 5:20ish) they will let you through (maybe escort you to the restaurant) so you can make your PSs on time with out a day pass.
The CM wasn't clear about the escort or honor system but assured me you could enter early. That's why they're selling them before the normal 60 out rule this year.
It takes some persistence from us (the guests) to get this information (I was informed earlier by a PM from someone on this thread THANKS!!!)
If I were you, I would call myself and confirm this.

My family will be at MNSSHP on Halloween night, with dinner at LTT before. I would love to join you folks on the 27th, but my family will be dining at Vicky & Al's that evening (I can't change those plans, dang it). Hopefully I'll get to run into some fellow Dis'ers at Mickey's Halloween party on the 31st. Thought I'd end this post with my photo of the Headless Horseman.

zurgswife, my spouse and I will be at MNSSHP on the 27th and at the LTT for supper before it starts. Hope to be seeing others there! I will probably be one of the easiest people to pick out, as I am the blonde in the wheelchair(smile), so if you see me, come on up and say hi!

pattyt....tell your dh that it's more then just spending money to see characters....it's the CANDY, parades, people, riding the rides for 5 hrs..., costumes...it's everything and more...It is a blast we can't wait to go back....

If your DH still doesn't want to go I'm going to try to arrange a mini DIS meet at the BWV on the 31st...Maybe you can come say hi that night...

Is anyone eating at LTT on Halloween? We are debating whether to or not. We already bought out tickets four days after making our intimate wedding reservations. CANNOT WAIT!!!!!

Hey Zurg I don't think we can make LTT, I think it will be a bit to much for my DS and then the MNSSHP on top of that. But we'll have our lime green ribbon on and as a matter of fact I'm going to go ahead and reserve our tickets today.
