After 15 minutes of trying I finally got into the queue. I was told that I would have a 60 minute wait time and then silence. After about 15 minutes of silence, music started! At least I feel that I am making progress.

I was in dead silence and had the phone on speaker for about 8 minutes. Then, all of the sudden, the Country Bears start jamming out! Never again will I be so reassured and comforted to hear something from THAT attraction!

I just realized- or DH pointed out- that if I then get on hold for an hour our phone bill is going to be high.... this is really giving me such a bad taste about Disney... why can they not get their act together about this?

I just got through! I'm using my DH's phone and I'm hoping he doesn't have to leave for work before my wait time is over! This is ridiculous. We have a big group of 10 so I'm hoping they'll have something somewhere that my kids will like. This will be our first ever Christmas trip!

The thing that really annoys me is that I wanted an earlier lunch.....and asked the CM about it. She said she was looking and the only thing available was 2. BUT...when I go to Disney Dining, online, they have a lot of much earlier availability!!! Right at the exact time I wanted in fact. This is the last CP I am booking. I'm really over the way Disney does it. Now, I have to cancel plans I made at the exact same time that the CP ADR is at...not so happy about that.
It would seem that they are taking the less desirable times for certain restaurants and giving them to the CP people.
