Who's doing yoga?

And what's your favorite pose? I went to a great class tonight, and we did a few new poses- one called peacock which was really hard and another called knot which was great. I love yoga because for me it's really relaxing, and I know I'm doing something good for my body without having a really strenuous workout. What do you like about it?

Me! I love my yoga class. My favorites are tree pose and cat and dog. I love the 10 minute relaxation at the end LOL.

I take 2 classes a week. One is a beginners and is mostly stretching but the other is more advance. My favorite pose would be.....cobra and warrior 2.

What the heck is a peacock pose?

I don't think I've ever done yoga. I've done suryas and I've heard they're kinda like yoga though.

We do some yoga at the end of my bellydance classes, but I don't know the pose names. I keep meaning to start taking classes because the few poses we do feel soooooooo good.
