Bump! I have not been but would love to go. I am pretty sure it is a "hard ticket" event like MNSSHP and MVMCP, which means you do not need to buy park admission, just a ticket to the event. I am not sure when they let you in prior to NOJ. I hear the place is over-run by youth groups, but I would love to see the performers!
Me! I was there last year and I will be there this year as well!
You do not need a park ticket, as the NoJ is a separate hard ticket event. I just looked at our tickets and they say valid 7:30-12:30. For some reason I thought we actually got into the park a little earlier than that last year, but I could be wrong. Most, if not all, of the attractions were open. The only one I know was closed was the river boat because a local Christian radio station was broadcasting live from that area. It is very crowded. DH and I were there for the concerts, not for the attractions....I don't think we actually rode anything that night. It was soooo much fun, though, can't wait to go back this September!
I'll be there too! I'm excited - I saw casting crowns locally in concert, and they were amazing - so i want to see them again! (DH is going with me, but he could care less.)
