Who's been to Blue Zoo, is it any good?

Reading up about newish restaurant Blue Zoo in the Dolphin, it looks really good & I'm really tempted to make a booking for our next trip (April/May 05) can anyone who's dined there or been in the bar let me know what they think, regards.

We ate there January 04, soon after they opened, and it was excellent. Easily one of (if not the) best meals we have had at WDW. Planning to go back next trip (09/04), and try some different dishes. Great selection and quality.
