I had a thread going here that for some reason I can no longer locate called "Smoked at the Beach Club." Several people suggested I contact a specific person regarding my complaints, but since the thread seems to have vanished I can't locate her name.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

It looks like your thread has been incorporated into the <a href="http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?p=8636156#post8636156">"Smoking" thread.</a>

My opinion is that it's always best to address concerns about events occurring at a resort right at the time. If the first CM you speak with is unable/unwilling to address your conerns, ask to speak with their supervisor and continue up the chain of command from that point.

You can certainly send follow-up communications to the resort- just address it to Resort Manager, Disney's Beach Club Villas Resort, 1900 North Epcot Resorts Blvd, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830 .

We stayed at BCV within a couple of weeks of its opening and we had a multitude of problems. I tried to address them while we were there but to no avail so when we got home I sent a letter to both DVC office and the BCV manager. I must say I got a prompt reply by phone from both and they were VERY understanding and interested in my concerns. I don't know if any of the problems were addressed but I certainly was impressed that they called.

I was given an address of 1800 Epcot Resorts Blvd!

It would have still "got there". ;)

But don't expect TWDC to immediately pivot it's SOP's based on your opinions.
The company has to look at "the big picture", and if they feel you're thoughts are "out there"...so you're not disappointed, don't expect a letter or two will force the company to vacate standing operating procedures. :)
