Whole Wheat Flour !! help..

hi there ..

I have some whole wheat flour and wonder what you bakers do with it ??
I have been told you can't just substitute white flour for whole wheat ..
does anyone out there have any simple recipes for cakes/muffins, etc..??

I only use WW flour and substitute it for white without any problems. I make cakes, muffins, bread & pancakes and they come out just fine.

Or you can use part white - part WW.. No problem..

I mix it 50/50 with unbleached white flour and just use it as "normal." I haven't had good luck using it straight, for me things came out way too dense and heavy, and didn't rise well.
