PrincessAurora - I try to eat "good" carbs (as full of fiber and nutrition as possible). I don't limit carbs, but I do try to eat plenty of veggies and lean proteins. Whole-grain rolls at Jiko sound good, although Jiko sounds pretty quiet for the kids.
Be1021 - Quinoa! I'm impressed! I've never had it for breakfast, only prepared like "quinoa pilaf." Do they make it like oatmeal.
