Arizona Rita is a real person

I met her today and her DH and DD (DS was in the hotel watching TV - teenage boys need their down time!). And I took pics to prove we were both in London! We had a blast!

I think the "looking to lose ladies" is an awesome place for everyone who wants to get healthy. Weight is just a number. There is so much more to living a good life.
