Oh I would like Michael if he was an option but I chose Kathy and Pete. I feel like Kathy would be a lot of fun to hangout with in the parks.

I voted Pete and Kathy, but it wasn't an easy choice. I'd love to hang out with any of the team... They all seem so lovely and I think I'd have a blast with any of them!

We met our favourite bloggers when we went to WDW in 2014 (pre-arranged) and it was one of the best things we did!

Spending a day with each member of the Orlando team and the Disneyland team in their favorite park would be a cool thing to do.
They each have different views of the parks and it would be interesting to hear why certain attractions are their favorites. I had suggested that the DIS create "Day In the Parks" segments that would feature each DIS member being filmed in their favorite park. It would show the members in a different light (that is, outside of the studio). We could get to know them better as individuals.

For this poll I selected Kathy and my write-in is Jackie. They both have such love for the parks and their enthusiasm shows in their work at
the DIS.

Spending a day with Michael Bowling at Disneyland would be a great experience. The stories he could tell ...
The knowledge that he shares with us is greatly appreciated.

Now to reveal my self serving reason for making this. It was not meant as some popularity contest, but rather revisiting an old idea I posted months ago.

With the Dis 10 year anniversary coming up I wanted to see how many people would want to 'rent a podcast member' for a few hours. Something as simple as getting a tour of Main Street or a group lunch. I know they did have the private lunch after the Star Wars event. Obviously this would be a GKTW event. Seeing as how evenly the vote is this could easily raise $1000-$2500 for an afternoon when you add in Jackie and Steve. A group of 6 agree to rent Craig to walk the World showcase would get $300.

I am clearly in no position to start volunteering the Team to try this, but $50 per person in a group of 6-8 people would be cheap, and each group gets one Pod Star as a host. That's $2400 in less than 4 hours. Then perhaps $200 per person to dine with a Star, figuring a $50 character buffet/AYCTE. Even if it's only 4 guests and the host at lunch it would net $600 per group, that could be $7200. Who wouldn't pay $200 to eat with Kevin at LTT?

My numbers are rough, but this could add up to four families getting to go to GKTW. Grass roots people.

I have never been to DL maybe one day. I like to listen to the show but they do not seem congealed like the WDW group. I think they are not all toghter in a studio so they seem to tak over each out her and the sound level and quality are not consistent. It's like being on a conference call at work when your multitasking yourself.

You are right - somebody commented on a post recently that I made on the DL show they are apparently "all over California" - never knew that before. They also insinuated that's why it's audio-only.

JL has mentioned in the past that when i get back to WDW, that we will try to hang out, and I'm joking her to it!
Teresa is brilliant, I'd love to people watch or stand in line with her and make up back stories for people.
Ryno and Craig would be awesome to do universal with, have some (read: many) drinks with them (I'm still pushing for drinking around city walk) and get Ryno to come on dragon challenge with me.
I'd love to walk around Epcot or MK with Kathy, with her gorgeous enthusiasm.
Pete would be amazing to sit somewhere to talk over coffee and just shoot the breeze and talk about dreams and the dis and just be for a bit.
Corey and Julie (and of course ferris and Finley) would be awesome to go to MK or a water park with. I'd take ferris and Finley and play and just be kids! Or even do sorcerers or the one at AK with them, take them on an adventure!
And who wouldn't love the opportunity to dine with Kevin and John and just talk about whatever.
I'd also love to wander around MK with Kevin to hear about the history and what he remembers from when he was young. He's been going for the majority of his life, the wealth of history and knowledge he has stored inside him (lucky he's 6'5") would be incredible

I would love to work with Pete. I have a lot of the same issues that he talks about. I have done daycare for 44 years, you learn when to say something and when not to say something. I am leaving daycare on July 1, because of all the bull s#%*Also I hate bull s#%*. Teresa is just a fun person and very down to earth. Love listening to her.

Cool - I miss CA, and DL. Was stationed at the Terminal Island Naval Station (which has been closed for a long time) 30 years ago, and also lived various places in Long Beach. Did a lot of traveling in the state, and really REALLY loved it, and miss it. They also used to have "military nights" @ DL - at least 2 times a year, from what I'm remembering - don't remember if they'd close the park to all but military at night, or just let us in for free, but ether way, it was a blast, and I was grateful. I used to go to every Dodgers game for free too, by showing up in uniform, and participating in the "giant flag ceremony" to open every game All great memories!!

I voted Pete and Ryno. I voted Pete because he has a lot of great insight into Disney World and is a legitimately funny dude. I voted Ryno because we have the same knowledge base in pop culture and just seems like a cool guy to hang with.
