Who would you be more mad at...

I would be way more mad at the photographer. That person is a troublemaker.

The photographer..... what is he 2??

Napping on the job is a no-no. I know, because we have one here who takes three or four short naps everyday and I have been tempted to take pictures myself. She actually had the nerve to tell me to wake her up if she started to snore. So one day when she fell asleep, I picked up a large stapler and dropped it on the floor. She jumped up so quick and started acting like she was looking through files on her desk! :rotfl: Guess she really did know better than to sleep on the job.

Well, having fallen asleep at work one night (11pm-7am shift) sitting in a chair with a pen in my hand, only to be woken up by the night supervisor who, bless her forever, didn't fire me but just told me to get up and get a cup of coffee and take a walk. She had no need to say anything more....I was well aware that she could have fired me on the spot, but I was generally a good & conscientious employee who never did anything wrong & never had any complaints lodged against me by patients, families or other staff members. I'd like to think that if the sleeping employee was a good one and this was a first offense & not obviously intentional (like he wasn't laying there with a pillow and a blanket), some slack would be cut.

I still think any adult who claims that they didn't "think" that showing pictures of a sleeping employee to the management wouldn't get anyone into trouble is one of two things: stupid or a liar. I wouldn't want either working for me.
