Who Would Trade Resorts...?????

Boring........I love Beach Club, BUT it seems that's all we are talking about!

Let's kick it up a notch!!

Who would trade resorts? Or keep the DVC resort you already have?

Rule one: All points must be at ONE resort. (can't own at TWO resorts)

Rule Two: HAVE FUN!!!! BE NICE!!!!
So would you trade your points at OKW for Beach Club?, etc, etc.

OH!!!! You can trade points w/ NO COSTS!!!! Even Trade, No closing costs, etc....This is just for the fun of it!

Ok, let the trading begin!!!!

P.S. I would trade all of my OKW points for Boardwalk, I personally like the action and the pool better.D

but I would trade all our Hilton Head points for OKW. The resort seems so laid back and relaxing not to mention the dues are the lowest and the resort units have the lowest point requirement. You can walk or boat to Downtown Disney and I think probably even stay at OKW and not feel like you have to go to the parks and finally, I know its almost unheard of, but I actually like not having a slide at the pool. We usually spend all our Beach Club pool time at the quiet pool so that would be another advantage for us.

This is a fun thread! Now if it could only come true!

Being only 20, I am thankful to be in DVC at all. However, if given the choice I would trade my 100 BCV points and 160 VWL points for 260 BWV points in a heartbeat!! I just love that place!

This is a fun post! I would trade our 100 OKW add on points to BWV's in a minute!!! That would give us 250 at BWV's & that's the perfect number for us (I also prefer the BW location)

Sorry, wouldn't trade...but I want more! Hmmm...about 150 at each WDW DVC would work....200 would be better. LOL. I really think all the resorts have their advantages.

I wouldn't trade my BCV points for anything as of right now! If anyone out there doesn't want any of their points anymore and doesn't feel like deal with the hassle of re-selling them, I will sacrafice and take them off your hands.

I am very happy that they built in the order they did. OKW was the only choice in '92, had BWV been built first, I might have bought there. I am very happy to have all my points at OKW.

I am also happy to have all the options that we have available, yes, even VB and HH.

I would trade my 300 points at the VWL for BWV. But if the DVC ever opens "Grand Floridian Villas", I'd take that in a heartbeat!

DON'T TAKE MY POINTS!!! BWV's and wouldn't trade them for anything. We bought into DVC prior to finding these boards so we were basically blind (well nearsighted and didn't know we would have options but are so glad we did. There is nothing like people watching at the Villas after stopping off at the bakery.

We already have 250 BWV points and I wouldn't trade for twice the points somewhere else (well, maybe for TWICE the points, I would). The other DVC resorts look and sound nice, but so far we've only wanted to stay at our home.

I also think 250 at BWV is the perfect number for us and we, too, prefer the BW location. And it IS a fun post!

I would keep what I have (OKW-300 VB-110). I like all the options of DVC. But I also like having the 11 month window at VB when I want it Its like having the best of both "onsite at WDW and oceanfront"..........

I had fun thinking about this one. I have 225 BWV and 125 BCV points. If I could trade, I'd trade the BCV points for all BWV. Then I'd have all 350 points in one place. While I'm excited to try out BCV soon, I have to get used to working with point totals from two different places. Pretty pitiful, huh? I think I have "point planning disorder" or something.

How's this for an idea of a trade:
I would love to trade all of my 410 points with a June use year at OKW for the same points with a February or March use year. We seem to always wish we could go in April or May!!!

Just the thought of staying at the Boardwalk was my dream for years and then I made my dream come true by becoming at Boardwalk members just before they sold out!!

We just added on at the BCV, so we will have to see if we would ever be willing to trade thouse for anything, but I cannot imagine we ever would Our first stay at BCV will be in September, so we will see

I would NOT trade my BWV points, I would however trade my OKW add on for more BWV. I love the look of BCV, but staying within the guidelines of this post, I would take all my points at BWV's, because if I could only stay in ONE place, my first choice remains BWV.( I do hope to trade into BCV and VWL at some time.)

Totally no regrets:

Very happy with being HH and OKW owners. We definately look forward to staying at ALL, and appreciate the advantages each has ... but owning at HH and OKW fits us very well.

Is that boring?
