Who watched Surreal Life 4 last night?

OMG! I was so disgusted with Vern Troyer. I have to admit to laughing at some stuff though. And the reason it was funny was because of Christopher Knight and Marcus Schenkenburg (sp). Their reactions and the way they dealt with him were great.

Da Brat seems EXACTLY like her name. What an ego. Seems like she is a has been who doesn't want to admit it. I only knew who she was because I saw her on something with Mariah Carey.

I like the lady from the GoGo's. Adrienne seems ok, but I felt bad for her with Vern touching her like that. And Chynna, well, she seems a little nuts.

Anyone else watch?

I caught a bit of the show. Looks like an interesting bunch of pseudo-celebs. I doubt that I'll watch any more of the show (unless I happen to surf by the program some evening when I'm bored).

Vern gives little people a bad name. I did like how he stood his ground with Joanie (Chyna Doll).

I just had to laugh at Da Brat..everyone on that show IS a has been! She needs to get over herself!

Mini Me was yucky last night... The brady guy, the two models and the go go seem nice and sorta normal.

I will admit that I watched it too. I have always had a little crush on Chris Knight and just think he is darlin.I'll probably be a bit jealous of the model when she gets him. Mini me was just ewwww lastnight. Chyna went from being a wrestler to a rocker? Interesting concept. Did anyone see that the GoGo girl had a hobby of S&M and other adult things? Should make interesting conversation. I thought it was funny how DaBrat doesn't realize that she is a has been also. I'll probably watch some more when I remeber too.

Yep, I watched it, well the last half hour. I was channel surfing and found it, I didn't even know a new one was started. I turned it on our of curiosity because I didn't recognize very many of the names. And then I got caught up in it. Vern being drunk....oh my. They need to just keep the alcohol away from him.

I agree...Vern Troyer was a nasty, perverted little thing. But OMG, was it funny to watch the others responding to him! I have to admit that I laughted so hard I cried at one point. I liked Christopher Knight and I gotta tell you, I expected a total geek. He grew up to be a really nice looking and fun guy. I'm impressed! Marcus Schenkenburg was too quiet and didn't seem to have much personality. I disagree with a lot of you in that I did like De Brat. She's a lovely woman and I liked her character. I also liked Adrienne, though I wish she would have *****-slapped Vern when he touched her inappropriately. Chynna didn't impress me much, but the vote on her is still out. I need to see more of her to formulate an opinion. Same with Marcus Schenkenburg.

I do NOT like the girl from go-gos. Her voice is like nails on a chalkboard to me!

Da Brat. I must have just fallen off the turnip truck, but I never heard of her. Then she has the nerve to call all the others has beens. She'd better go look in the mirror before she says that again.

I flipped past it, and couldn't stop watching! I agree with all of you, Vern was so icky!!!!!!!!!!!!! But I too, couldn't help but laugh about it!! LOL!! And yes, the reactions of everyone were so funny. Christopher Knight is pretty cute!

I came in on this show about 20 minutes late, so I'm wondering if I missed the part with De Brat that made people dislike her so much. I had never heard of her because I don't get in to that kind of music, but really, I didn't see anything about her that was offensive. I didn't see the part where she called the others has beens.

Do you guys think that vern is really like that in real life? I'm thinking he was following a script. He was a bit out there, ya know? How many people do things like that on TV? Maybe I'm naive, and I readily admit that I watch very little TV...just this show and one on Lifetime. So maybe TV has changed from the little house on the prairie days (when I last watched TV regularly) and people are now more willing to do this sort of thing? I can't imagine getting drunk and doing what he did on public TV AND around six people I didn't know! Holy cow!

In her interview Da Drat was saying how her friends told her not to go on the show becasue it was a bunch of "has beens". She thought it would be ok. She got there and saw the pictures and called her manager/agent and said she wouldn't stay there because of the people who she was to be living with. She seemed to be really offended by Chris even though she didn't meet him. She also barely said 2 words to anyone when they were introduced to her. She didn't come over to meet Marcus or Adrienne. She just seemed like she was above them all. They said last night she was the first to do something in the record intustry. I don't remember what though. I have never heard her music.

I have seen some things on Vern. He seems to like Strippers a lot and the Playboy mansion. I don't think it was a script. Did you see what he did to Adrienne? It made my skin crawl.

Yes, I saw what he did to her and I wished that she would have sat up and smacked him silly! That really irked me! Thanks for answering my question. I don't know who she is. Like I said, I'm not in to that kind of music! But I was curious what she did that upset people. She does sounds like a snob.

I watched it too. And was quite shocked by Vern's behavior! I'm afraid I'm hooked though, I'll be watching this season just to see what else happens!

I do agree, I never thought I'd look at a Brady kid in that light, but man, he's not too hard on the eyes! He's definitely matured into a nice, good-looking man. Let's hope the rest of the season doesn't change my opinion of him!

I came home from Sam's this afternoon and DH was watching it. I missed the beginning when Da Brat called everyone has-beens. Will have to catch it in a repeat. Vern was a total jerk, but I did LOL at the way Chris tried to handle everything. And, woo hoo, what a cutie he is.

Where should I start with Vern?

First they had dinner "On" Adrienne, literally. It was Sushi and she had these leaves covering her nipples. Vern was looking (learing) at her like some perv. And when he took a piece of sushi off of her breast he ran his finger over her tnipple on purpose.

Then Adrienne and Jane where skinny dipping. He came out after they were done and proceeded to get drunk. He was doing some really weird things to Chris-touching him, leaning on him and he fell backwards on the bench. He passed out and Chris had to carry him inside like a baby. (The whole time I was watching this I was thinking this guy is 35! (Vern).) Then Chris put him in bed and Adrienne was trying ot tell him she left him so water etc. Vern starts this moaning...well you can imagine. THEN he gets up and is naked on his scooter and pees in a corner still half on the scooter. Chris, bless the guy, was just trying to deal with him the best he could.

I saw a video where they were um.. measuring the male crew members' appendages! They were definetely drinking

Which Go Go is it? Is it Gina the bass player or Jane Weidlin (brunette)? I'm sure its not Belinda Carlisle. Gina (at least I think its her name) seems like she would do this.
