okay I've got to stop watching the food network
That Everyday Italian lady made profiteroles with ricotta and marscapone cheese (basically Italian cream puffs)
I've had these at an Italian restaurant homemade and they are too die for
so off to the store I go. puffs are out of the oven cooling.
filling is mixed and in about 15 minutes we are going to have cream puffs finished. Oh I forgot hope you don't mind but they have chocolate hazelnut nutella drizzled on top.
anybody for cream puffs???
