Who to contact if flight is delayed due to snow?

Why do you think you need to contact Disney?
You don't.
You get there when you get there.
If you are arriving via DME they are aware your flight is delayed.
If you arrive past 10pm you'll have to get your own luggage though.

Don’t listen to this, if you are going to be late for a check in you want to make sure that is communicated to the resorts. It won’t impact much if anything but you still want to let them know to avoid any potential complications.

Like a few posters mentioned, they do not need to be notified if you will be arriving before the next morning. We had this happen while driving to WDW and we had car issues that made us arrive the next morning after check-in day We called WDW when we knew we were not going to make it and they connected us to the hotel to let them know. OP; if it will ease your mind, then call and let them know, but I would not call until you actually know if you're going to be late.
