Who to contact for Italy Overlook?

After seeing someone mention it in another thread and doing a little research I'm very interested in booking this for my october trip on one of our epcot nights. If anyone has done this or something similar was the meetings@disneyworld the email address you used. There were a few different ones I came across but this one seemed to pop up the most. Thanks in advance..

Yes, you need to contact Events.

They will get back to you via the meetings email and set up a phone call to learn more. It took them about 48 hours to email back for me.

Yeah just got off the phone with them after receiving the email and they only thing they had when booking was the 10 person minimum events and then they directed me to the regular dining number who I than called and the nice woman on the special events option didn't have any info on the Italy Overlook at all. Back to the drawing board.

I didn't see the other thread you mention but I assume you're asking about a dessert party? Those can be booked through disney catered events. This website has some info on how to book this and other private party options:

There is also the regular illumination dessert party but I don't think that's in Italy...

I think you might be referring to my post yesterday about Italy Overlook. As I mentioned, I didn't end up booking through the regular channels, but when I originally looked into booking it, the information I saw said you have to go through Disney Catered Events (even though there's nothing catered at this particular venue). Their number is 321-939-4648.

Tried them this morning the gentleman I spoke to had no information on it but I'm going to try back later and see if I have more luck with another person.

I remember others posting that sometimes the CM's don't know about the overlook, since it's such a small space. We just did it this past March, so it was bookable just 6 weeks ago. I hope you find someone knowledgable who can help you.

I emailed the meetings email address about UK pubside and got back the standard email about a minimum of 10 people. I emailed back and said that I was willing to pay for the 10 person minimum and that was the magic phrase. I got a response from the planning person and we are underway.
