Who to contact at Disney

I have a question about Resident Seasonal Passes. Does anyone know who I should contact? It's a pretty difficult/involved question or I would just ask here.

The passholder phone number is answered by DRC. If it's a complicated question as you say, don't waste your time with them. Call Guest Relations directly.
