we are going to use Happy Limo for all of our upcoming car needs. we have made 5 seperate reservations. we need a pickup at MCO, Amtrak , Round trip to Discovery Cove then for the trip home to amtrak.
i did much research, read these boards, saw many positives and negatives of all of the companies and still couldnt make a decision.
what made me feel good about my choice Of Happy Limo was the advice of my
travel agent. she told me she has used HL for all of her personal towncar/ limo needs. that was good enough for me after all she just saved me over 1000 dollars on our vacation trip.
the other thing is recently i was checking all of my reservations, PS's and making a list and checking it twice. i wanted to give each family member a copy just in case someone lost it. what i found to my horror was instead of making the car ressies for July i made them for June!!!
i called HL immediatly, it was 7pm memorial day evening. i explained what happened to the receptionist and she transferred me to another person who helped me and changed my reservations..that morning i had the confirmations in my email box.
if the cars and the drivers are as good as their customer service is i know i made the right choice for my family..
its your honeymoon , go for the limo. congradulations!!!!
