Who To Call When You Cruise?

Who do you call?

Ghostbusters! :lmao:

Sorry about that. Actually, you call Member Services at DVC. They contact the Disney Cruise Line while you are on the phone with them and make the booking for you.

And it's my understanding that you can use points for some and pay cash for the rest in your family, correct?

Yes, correct. At least one person must pay with points. First two in the cabin pay the adult price whether it is points or cash. (So if only two are traveling and one is a child, you still pay two adult fares).

And you can't pay part points and part cash for the same person - each person has to be either all points or all cash.

Do you have any idea what it would cost for an 11 year old and 13 year old if we paid for cash? I'm wondering if that would be the way to go...points for myself and my wife and cash for the kids. If the cash price didn't go up much that might allow for a nicer cabin???

The cash prices for booking cruises combined with points is a predetermined price set each year by MS and DCL. The agreed upon contracted price is usually somewhere between the highest cash tier pricing and the lowest that DCL offers.

These prices are not published, but you could obtain a price quote from MS.
