Do you know who I would call to find out what the trade-in value of my old park hopper tickets would be? I have numerous tickets with days and/or options left on them. Is there some place to call where I could give them the number from the back of my tickets and they could then tell me the value? I'd like to do this before our next trip in June, not when we arrive.

Thanks in advance for your help!

As far as I know, you need to be onsite at a Guest Services desk to get that information. I am pretty sure even the check-in desks at the resorts can help you. But, you won't be able to call anyone. We always take care of our Guest Services issues when we check in, if not onsite, then we go to EPCOT to their office which is outside the entrance. If you go close to closing, and explain what you are doing, they shouldn't charge you to park. If you are onsite, no charge to park, anyway.

The only way to find out the exact dollar value of the tickets is by having them actually scanned at any Guest Relation location at the parks or DTD. Any tickets with only options left (no park days) will have no dollar value at all.

If you are thinking of using their value towards other tickets, keep in mind that Disney will only allow one old ticket towards the purchase of each new ticket.
