Who to ask for at The Timeshare Store?

We are considering buying an add-on at Vero Beach DVC. Who should we ask for at the Timeshare Store? Any recommendations?

We purchased a resale through Pat Spell, and she was fine. It went very smoothly...about 6 weeks start to finish, if I remember correctly.

pat was able to look into our rofr and have an answer in 5 minutes, when our broker, jerry had been blowing us off for weeks......

Go with Pat!! We orignally used her and she was great! I too had a problem with Jerry, bid on a Vero resale on a Thursday or Friday, Saturday saw it as sale pending! I contacted him on Monday and he said the sellers have yet to call him back!!! He called me back to tell me it had already been sold!
