After seeing what a hit Shrek 2 has been, do you think there will be a Shrek 3?

I loved Eddie Murphy and Antonio Banderas. They were hysterical!

Me! Me! Me!

I heard there's talk of a Shrek 3 and 4 already in the works! Yay! :Pinkbounc

Yes, there are plans for a Shrek 3 and 4.

Judging from the number of people that attended the first eprformance this morning at our multiplex, I would be surprised if they went already planning Shrek 22. The place was packed.

Oh, they've just GOT to have little Shrek babies!!!

:teeth:

They'd be so adorable!!

On the way home from Shrek 2, my dd was asking me when Shrek 3 would "be in theaters";)

As long as it will make a buck, there will be a sequal

I want to see more of the Donkey/Dragon babies, too cute!! Can you imagine worrisome Donkey being a daddy to all those babies?

How funny to have human/ogre twins!:hyper:

We loved Shrek 2!!

I heard that Shrek (1) was for him to learn to love another, 2 was for him to love himself, and 3 was to...well...I forget how the article worded it...but it was about babies! hehehe

love the 1 human/1 ogre twins idea!

here's the article I'm talking about

As for Shrek 3, "We started six months ago," he says.

A bouncing baby ogre is a likely addition. It seems to be the natural progression to director Andrew Adamson, who worked on the original and the sequel. "In the first Shrek, he learned to love. In the second, he learns to love himself. So thematically, and having just had one myself, a child would require him to say, 'I'm comfortable enough to be a mentor.' " And a Shrek 4 is in the offing, as well.
