Who should I call?

Ok... posted earlier about a "missing" reservation, and now am getting nervous. When I try to view online it says it's unavailable. (For comparison, I tried looking up a reservation# that I cancelled, and that works fine, saying that it's been cancelled)

So, it seems like my ressie is in some kind of limbo state. Any thoughts on who I should talk to? Based on my past few calls to 407-w-disney, a typical disney travel CM doesn't have much insight into this. Or should I be pressing them a bit to see what's wrong?

How long since you made the new ressie? Did you get a confirmation e-mail?

If it was just made today, don't panic. If you still can't locate it online tomorrow then I would call CRO and hope for a nice, helpful CM.
