Who Should Get a Thank-You Gift?

Both of my daughters play on a club volleyball team. The season is wrapping up next week, and I thought I should probably get the coach a thank-you gift. Nothing too big-maybe just a movie theater gift card for $25.

Then I was thinking that maybe I need to get the Asst. coaches a gift too....There is 1 asst. coach per team.

OR, do I get nothing at all since the club volleyball team cost $450 per child?

Both - and I'd ask the other parents if they want to contribute, but even if they don't, I'd get both a small gift.

I agree, if I were you, I'd put the feelers out to the others parents and see if people want to chip in 5-10 a piece and get one big gift for both the coach and assistant. Don't force the issue, but find out if anyone's interested.Would definitely save you money!

I agree with the others. Ask the other parents they may want to do something too. I would definitely get both the head coach and asst coach a gift. I have been both on various sports and I know when I was the head coach my assistant coaches worked as hard as I did. It's nice to be appreciated.

Thank you for the feedback! I don't really know any of the parents since they all live in different communities, but I will definitely get both coaches a gift. I am 99% sure the head coach gets paid, but I'm not sure about the asst. coaches.
