Who runs La Hacienda in Mexico?

Does anyone know who runs the Mexican themed restaurant (the new one outside) in EPCOT?

I don't think it is Disney.

I believe it is Palmas. http://www.palmasservices.com/ Their website doesn't indicate that one yet, but you can see it lists the other establishments in Mexico.

Actually, the website does mention the new restaurant, even though it doesn't show a picture or summary of it:

Palmas Services, LLC has been in Orlando for more than 25 years managing San Angel Inn, LLC and Springs Food Service, LLC for over 10 years. San Angel Inn, LLC runs the San Angel Inn Restaurant, La Cava del Tequila, La Cantina and La Hacienda Restaurant in the Mexico pavilion at Epcot® World Showcase.
