I know I could use it. Yesterday and today my stomach has been growling, which it hasn't done since I started my new program on 2/14, and I just want to snack. Sugarless gum isn't cutting it and neither is the water. My goal is to not touch any food until lunch time...I already had my morning snack
I know others have posted about the difficult time they are having 'focusing' on a part of their new change, whether it be the eating or the exercise.
It helps for me to just post the difficulties I am having and the goal I will set to overcome it.....so for those having big or little struggles today post here and others can give you advice or give you the boost you need.

Do you think you need to increase your snack size a tad bit to help them tide you over until your next meal? What were you doing when you got to feeling snacky? Were you busy or were you just kind of bored? I find that when I'm busy (doing yardwork or sewing or working on some project or another) I don't feel hungry. It's when I'm just sitting around that I feel those hunger pangs (or the need to snack!)
