Who loves Baja Fresh?

I do, I do! I first had it when I would visit my cousins in the Sacramento area. It finally came to the Portland area about 3 years ago and I LOVE IT. I think of it kind of like Chevy's, since everything is fresh, but it's counter service and not as expensive.

So, any other Baja lovers out there????????????? And what is your favorite thing to eat there? I go back and forth between the fajitas and the Ultimo Burrito. I've probably tried at least half the things on the menu and have never been disappointed.

I've only eaten there once but I liked it A LOT. I love the salsa bar, and the guacamole is EXCELLENT!

We do not have any near me that I know of. I do keep hearing commercials on a NJ talk radio station though all the time and it sounds so yummy!!

One recently opened near my home. It's good, especially the guacamole. They also just sent local residents a card for a free dinner with the purchase of a drink. Not bad.

I love it too!! I started Weight Watchers about 5 months ago and if you get the baja steak taco it comes with 2 corn tortillas. You separate them and divide the meat in half and then pile on the salsa and lime. All that is only 4 points!!
