Who knows when the discounts codes come out for after 6/22/02 ? I'm having hard time waiting. would like to book room for 8/1/02 - 8/10/02. SHOULD I JUST BOOK?

There is a similar thread like this that states just go ahead and book what you can now to guarantee you a room. Assume no discount and get what you can afford, and then when the discount comes available, call and see what you can do.

There are discounts for the summer using an AP, Disney Club and AAA discount and also an American Express Discount

PixieBelle's advice is good. The current theory is that the rest of the summer's discounts, if they are going to come out, will come out after March 17. That the last day to book discounts through 6/22. My guess is we will see discountsvalid for travel through the end of August if they are released.

Hi goofy33,
Where are you wanting to stay? We are going to be there Aug. 1- 11 and we will be staying at POR. I went ahead and booked with the AP discount but am hoping for some better codes. I would go ahead and book where you want to stay and watch for the codes and if they come out switch to that rate, at least you know you'll have your room. Maybe we'll see you there! HAPPPY PLANNING!
