I was at Whole Foods this weekend looking at all the delicious dessert items they had in their bakery. I always wanted to get some of them but never have. Now I'm looking at your Dessert Party pictures and they seem to have all those same desserts in miniature form.

I knew I should have done the Dessert party on my last trip.

Well, I found this TR while searching for Wishes Dessert Party pics...I've really enjoyed reading it!

Your pics of the dessert party have convinced me to book it for this Fall, if they still offer it (fingers crossed!).

I'll admit I was a little nervous spending so much money for the party but it was so worth it! If you ever get another chance you should give it a try

I have literally spent hours today trying to get them uploaded. We will have an update soon and it will be all about Typhoon Lagoon and the surf lesson

Our day began very early (5:30!) because Caitlin was taking the surf lesson at Typhoon Lagoon. We were out the door by 6, and soon after in a cab that took us to Typhoon Lagoon. In case you're curious, a cab from BC to TL with tip cost only $10. Not too bad!

We arrived at TL and took some pics while Caitlin filled out the paperwork and paid for her lesson. It turned out her class was unusually small

After the paperwork was all handed in the CM took the class back to the beach near the wave pool where they were introduced to their instructors. As luck would have it the class was taught by 3 handsome young men.

The instructors taught the class how to popup on the board, how to maintain balance and how to fall. They went through practice drills and when everyone was ready they took them into the water. This instructor really liked Caitlin. Each time he had to address the class he'd look directly at Caitlin as if she was the only one there. Her father, like any dad, wasn't too appreciative of the extra attention his daughter was receiving

While Caitlin and her classmates were practicing on land, I did a little exploring around TL. I must say if you enjoy waterparks, this place is a must do! The theming alone is worth a visit! Don't believe me? Take a look.....

If you're so inclined you can rent a private cabana. I'm told you need to book these in advance as they routinely sell out

Well I ended my self guided tour because the class was heading into the water! So I bet you're wondering how she did. I will let her tell you herself....next time

Ya, I'm sure Caitlin was really bummed to have 3 handsome instructors! Looks like she did pretty well, on land at least! I guess we have to wait and see how she did on water!

She did do well on land. Since she's in such good shape she had the strength in her legs to easily do the popups.

As for the water....any guesses how she did?
